Safaris, Language & Culture Orientation
This program has been developed as a way of promoting Tanzania and its people. There is a lot that one can learn by visiting the different places and staying with a host family and learning Swahili language, a language commonly spoken in Eastern Africa and also one of the languages used in the African Union meetings.
The program is of two weeks as outlined below:| Day | Activity | Details |

| 2 | Tour the Dar Es Salaam City | National Museum Village Museum African Art Village - Mwenge Kariakoo Market The beaches Askari Monument |
| 3 | Tour Bagamoyo Town | The town that developed due to slave trade business. |
| 4 | Travel to Mikumi National Park | Visit the reptile park (in the afternoon) |
| 5 | Mikumi National Park visit | Mikumi is the third largest National park in the country. See animals you have never seen wander in this vast land. |
| 6 | Travel to Iringa town | Visit the main market in Iringa |
| 7 | Visit Isimila Old Stone Age site | |
| 8 | Travel to Mbeya | |
| 9 10 11 12 13 | Swahili training and visits to interesting places around Mbeya Town | Visits will be made to the Crater Lake, Meteorite, Hot springs and bat caves. |
| 14 | Travel to Dar Es Salaam | |
| 15 | Rest in Dar Es Salaam | |
| 16 | Fly back home | One can remain in the country and visit other places of interest. |
The in-country travel is by local transport means.
The host families are well selected and there is always at least one family member who can speak English. Each participant would be given details about the host family well in advance before the arrival.
