This program has been developed as a way of promoting Tanzania and its people. There is a lot that one can learn by visiting the different places and staying with a host family and learning Swahili language, a language commonly spoken in Eastern Africa and also one of the languages used in the African Union meetings.

The program is of two weeks as outlined below:

Swahili training and visits to interesting places around Mbeya TownVisits will be made to the Crater Lake, Meteorite, Hot springs and bat caves.

16Fly back homeOne can remain in the country and visit other places of interest.

The in-country travel is by local transport means.

The host families are well selected and there is always at least one family member who can speak English. Each participant would be given details about the host family well in advance before the arrival.
